Exclusions to Consider
It's important to note the exclusions that come with the membership plan. After-hours fees are not eligible for a waiver under this plan, and lawn irrigation services are not included. Additionally, when it comes to flushing water heaters that are four years or older and have not been adequately maintained, there is a risk of the tank starting to leak. Customers assume all risks associated with flushing a water heater that has not been properly maintained, including any costs related to replacing a unit that may fail after flushing.
Furthermore, the visual home inspection included in the plan covers only exposed visible plumbing, excluding the inspection of drain lines through plumbing cameras or accessing plumbing within walls. Repairs to any faulty items discovered during inspections, even those operated to test for proper system function, are not covered. When descaling a tankless unit, existing service valves must be installed beforehand, with the option for installation at an additional cost if they are not present at the time of service.
